Aliese is an experienced Personal Injury Division Manager with more than seven years of expertise overseeing treatment coordination and patient care throughout the full recovery process. She manages treatment from a client’s initial appointment through the completion of care, ensuring each patient receives the support, communication, and guidance needed during their recovery journey.

Aliese collaborates closely with physical therapists, chiropractors, neurologists, and a network of other medical professionals, as well as legal teams, to ensure each patient receives individualized care tailored to their specific needs. She is also responsible for ensuring treatment documentation is thorough, accurate, and supportive of each case.

By fostering strong professional relationships and maintaining a high level of organization and oversight, Aliese plays a key role in delivering a seamless care experience for patients. Her leadership helps ensure that every stage of treatment is coordinated effectively, allowing patients to focus on recovery while receiving comprehensive support throughout their care with Ortho Pooler.

Aliese is passionate about advocating for patients and helping them regain stability after an accident. Her leadership within the Personal Injury Division focuses on creating a streamlined treatment experience while helping patients return to their pre-accident quality of life.

Outside of work, Aliese enjoys traveling and spending time on the water—boating or fishing—and in the fall can often be found cheering on her Tennessee Volunteers. She also enjoys relaxing with her husband, Eddie, their Bengal cat, Ziva, their two dogs, Magnolia, a Labrador Retriever, and Garth, a Dalmatian.
